Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3 TBSP oil
2 TBSP baking powder
2-3 TBSP sugar
1/2 - 2/3 cup water
Directions
1. In large bowl mix together all ingredients
2. Cut dough into smaller pieces with a spoon (about 4 inch balls)
3. Fry in greased pan over low medium heat until golden brown
4. Flip and fry other side until golden
Notes
Frying takes roughly 10 minutes per side
