Ingredients
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 egg
1/4 cup beef drippings
1. Sift flour and salt together
2. Add milk
3. Beat with whisk until no lumps appear
4. Add eggs
5. Beat for 2 minutes
6. Chill for 20 minutes
7. Heat drippings in pan at 450F until sizzling
8. Fill 3/4 pan full with dough (30 mins for muffin tin - 50 mins for larger pan)
9. Bake 30-50 minutes
Done when puffed and crispy - light brown
