Eggnog

Ingredients

6 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
1 pint (40oz) milk
6 egg whites
1 pint vanilla ice cream
2 tsp rum flavoring
1/8 tsp salt
Nutmeg



 Directions


  1. Beat yolks until thick & light
  2. Beat in sugar thoroughly
  3. Slowly add cream, milk, ice cream & rum
  4. Beat whites with salt until stiff
  5. Fold whites in just before serving
  6. Sprinkle with nutmeg
