Ingredients
6 egg yolks½ cup sugar
1 pint (40oz) milk
6 egg whites
1 pint vanilla ice cream
2 tsp rum flavoring
1/8 tsp salt
Nutmeg
Directions
- Beat yolks until thick & light
- Beat in sugar thoroughly
- Slowly add cream, milk, ice cream & rum
- Beat whites with salt until stiff
- Fold whites in just before serving
- Sprinkle with nutmeg
