Pyrohy Dough

Ingredients

2½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup warm water
¼ cup oil



 Directions


  1. Mix water & oil
  2. Sift flour & salt together
  3. Add wet to dry mixing well
  4. Knead on board until smooth
  5. Roll out thin & cut 2 inch squares or circles 
  6. Place tsp of filling of your choice into each & pinch edges
  7. Drop into salted boiling water & boil 5 - 8 mins
  8. Drain & grease with butter or oil


Alternatively you can fry the circles in a pan with hot oil to make nothings which are a great dipped in ketchup
