Ingredients
2½ cups flour½ tsp salt
1 cup warm water
¼ cup oil
Directions
- Mix water & oil
- Sift flour & salt together
- Add wet to dry mixing well
- Knead on board until smooth
- Roll out thin & cut 2 inch squares or circles
- Place tsp of filling of your choice into each & pinch edges
- Drop into salted boiling water & boil 5 - 8 mins
- Drain & grease with butter or oil
Alternatively you can fry the circles in a pan with hot oil to make nothings which are a great dipped in ketchup
