Peppered Maple Salmon

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets - fresh or frozen*

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup*
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP mustard
1/2 TBSP black pepper

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a bowl
2. Pour sauce over salmon fillets
3. Cover and bake 10 minutes at 425F
4. Uncover and bake another 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork

Notes
*If using frozen fillets follow baking/cooking directions on packaging
* We add slightly more, closer to half a cup
Omit or reduce pepper for a basic maple salmon
