Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

2-3 TBSP cornstarch
1/4 packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground or fresh ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 cup chicken/vegetable/beef broth

Directions

1. In medium bowl combine cornstarch and water stirring until cornstarch dissolves
2. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well
3. Add to cooked veggies/meat and boil until slightly thickened

Notes
We make ours with chopped broccoli, matchstick carrots, chopped bell peppers, diced onion, grated garlic and chicken breast served over rice
