Pumpkin Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

3/4 cup Frozen blueberries - thawed
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 TBSP blueberry jam
1/4 cup butter - melted
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup quick oats
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F - Grease and flour muffin tin or use liners
2. In medium bowl combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
3. In large bowl combine blueberries, pumpkin, milk, egg, jam and butter
4. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet and stir until just combined
5. Spoon batter evenly into muffin tin - about 3/4 full
6. Bake 20 minutes or until muffin tops spring back when lightly pressed
