Shepherds Pie

Ingredients

1 Lb Ground beef
4-5 Potatoes - mashed
1-2 cups cooked corn
1-2 cups cooked peas
1 small onion - diced or finely chopped
1 clove garlic - finely chopped *
1-2 cans tomato soup
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Brown ground beef with onion - Cook & mash potatoes - cook peas and corn
2. Combine beef, onion, corn, peas, garlic, tomato soup and worcestershire sauce in large bowl. Add one can of soup at a time to ensure the beef mix isn't too runny
3. Fill bottom of roasting pan or casserole dish with beef mixture about 2/3 full
4. Spread mashed potatoes over beef mix - Pepper top as desired
5. Bake at 350F until top is lightly golden and soup mix bubbles up sides

*I use a garlic press
